Ha, I've seen a similar technique used on one of those custom choppers shows. They did their first coat of paint, then shoved the parts in fishnet stockings and applied the second color over it. The results were amazing. Very effective for the relatively low cost. The trick is not to apply your color too heavily I think in both cases.

For some reason I cant imagine this working, I mean idk why i think that but moving the cap a little an its ruined and if you have oily skin ..........0n0 sorry if i sound negative

For the oily skin problem, since the makeup has the chance of running, it's possible to use hair spray. My friend used it on her makeup for halloween. C:
